Charming, bright, in a quiet area of Old Nice, and carefully furnished 1 BR, WIFI, AC. Located in a lively, strategic, scenic, and very safe area of Old Nice, in the heart of all entertainments, culture, landmarks. By the best food and antique markets, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, gourmet food boutiques, shopping, theaters, opera, museums, art galleries, bookstores, libraries, transportation, city bikes rentals, paid parking, just exciting the building. From Zen Om, the transportation is very easy, cheap and well organized, no car necessary.
Zen Om is also wonderfully located at 5 minutes walk to sea and public and private beaches through the charming small streets of Old Nice, also, by just crossing the street, by the park Promenade du Paillon also called Coulée Verte, a one kilometer pedestrian green flow, featuring a wide variety of trees and plants, water sprays and fountains, also the superb Castle park overlooking the “Baie des Anges”, and the newest parts of the city, and much more... Also a rare asset in Old Nice: various convenient and scenic ways to the apartment.
